This slender blade is made of 440-C stainless steel. With a decently thick edge for a kitchen knife of its size, it is great at cutting tomatoes and chicken bones alike. The bolsters are polished 440-C and the pins are 316 stainless steel set in a Black Linen Micarta handle.
